Regina Obenewa Penrose is a Senior Associate at Morrison, Twumasi & Partners. Her areas of expertise include Corporate, Commercial law, real estate, human rights, immigration and family law practice. Prior to joining Morrison, Twumasi & Partners she was with F-X Law and Associates.
She has extensive expertise and training in Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Services and acts as Company Secretary to numerous local and international companies.
Due to the highly adversarial nature of litigation and the negative consequences it usually has on the parties involved, she has developed a strong interest in applying alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to resolve clients’ cases. In line with that she has represented clients during negotiations at the Labour Commission and the Ghana Arbitration Centre. She always seeks first to find non-confrontational means to resolves disputes before resorting to other means.
Penrose holds a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law, an LLB from the University of Ghana. Faculty of Law and a BA in Geography and Rural Development from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
